Q. What repairs can you do?
A. If your smartphone is damaged and out of warranty, we will diagnose it and repair it for you.

Q. If my phone or laptop is “water damaged” (damaged by any type of liquid) can you still repairable?
A. We can restore the most water damaged phones and PC as that is our speciality!

Q. Can you fix home button of iPhone ?
A. Yes we can fix your devices home button, but please note that after the fix the finger print will not work anymore.

Q. Can you fix iPhone FaceID ?

A. Yes we can fix your devices FaceID and as well we can replace the whole connector of FaceID.

Q. How do I get my phone or unit to you?
A. Hand in to one of our office, by post or we can pick up your device within a 25 km radius of Copenhagen. Anything further than 25 km will be at an additional cost.

Q. How long will it take to fix it?
A. Turnaround time is 10 mins after receiving the phone depending on job and availability of parts. Most jobs are completed within 30 mins.

Q. What happens if you can’t fix it?
A. On the odd occasion that we can not repair your device, we will get in touch to let you know and return the device.

Q. Is my phone insured while you have it?
A. No it is only worth scrap value while damaged. Insurance companies do not insure damaged phones for their full value.

Q. Why do the charges differ?
A. Each repair is priced on time taken, type of fault, and any parts required. Until we assess the damage we can not know the true cost of repair. 

Q. If I currently have a warranty protection on my device, will any repairs you do make my warranty void?

A. When your item becomes damaged or liquid damaged, your warranty protection becomes void.

Q. What does the device repair  estimate include?

A. The repair price estimate includes both replacement parts of unit and labor.

Q. What quality of parts do you use for repair ? 

A. We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best parts OEM from the same factories that produce the parts. Furthermore, We use A+++ quality for repair.

Q. Will the repair will have any warrenty ?

A. Yes, we provide 2 years warranty ( OEM quality ) and 6 months (A+++ quality ) on all our repairs except physical Damage / Liquid Damage.
